Very pleased with my mini split/heat pump installation

I got quotes for different brands of mini split/heat pump installation. Each quote stated that it would probably require cutting into the drywall. One even stated they would have to replace all of the pipes behind the drywall. The Mistsubishi mini split/heat pump for my 4 season room fit in perfectly, even though it replaced a different brand. I have some slight touch up painting to do, but no dry wall repair. Wally installed the unit and the work was very professional, clean up was great, and the unit is warming my 4 season room nicely. It is running much quieter than the inside portion of the previous unit did.

I had a sense one of our furnaces (newly installed) was not always coming on when needed. I thought it might be the signal from the thermostat. When the technician arrived he cycled through the thermostat for me. The settings appeared correct. He then checked the furnace and found an error code. He corrected the problem and explained it to me. Throughout the visit Rolando Carrera was patient, communicated clearly, technically competent and thorough in his work.
